2. Log in using UM Siswa ID and password
3. Enroll yourself for the course PENGM101 - Orthopaedic Surgery, (Password: please get from Izzati)
4. Click "PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR GROUP" and select your year.

GUIDELINES HOW TO UPLOAD CASE REPORT IN SPECTRUM

​1. Login to your Spectrum portal

2. Click Orthopaedic Surgery PENGM101

3. Under Case Report tab, click ULM CR (Upper Limb Case Report)

4. Upload your case report

CASE REPORT FORMAT

​1. Please follow MOJ (Malaysian Orthopaedic Journal) format. 

2. To submit by softcopy/ hardcopy to respective supervisor according to their preference(s).

3. Final corrected version (printed copy) can be submitted to K.Haniza together with yellow form.
