The upper limb and microsurgery team of today has elements of youth, vigour, enthusiasm, experience and wisdom. We expend our energy by continually improving conditions around us as best we can for as many as we can. We are interested to learn and practice the latest of best practices and maintain time proven existing management. We like to hear other groups' experiences and share our own. We enjoy passing on principles, fundaments and specifics to whatever level is required in the clearest most interesting manner we can.
We try hard to have constructive open debate and criticism between all levels while maintaining a spirit of harmony and fellowship.

Our wish is that any patient, student, doctor, therapist, nurse or other individual that comes in contact with us, goes away the better, for that encounter.
